This picture was taken by Ron Koyich, over Los Angeles. We were enroute to the SMX gig in Santa Maria this year. He was in John Deakin's Bonanza, which was being returned to him (piloted by Walter Atkinson) after the turbonormalizer was installed. Stan Musick was piloting my plane, and I was sitting right seat, since I don't have any formation experience. My E33A is a 1968 model, with the turbonormalizer, speed brakes, and some other nice goodies put on by a previous owner.

The plane is a 185-knot dream. I routinely do 6.5 hours and land with 1.5 hours in the tanks.
